Quite simply, it is being truthful, no matter the circumstance. No little white lies to spare someone's feelings. Those are the WORST lies of all. The truth always comes out in the end, and having been lied to about it makes it hurt even more. And, yes, honesty also includes owning up to your mistakes.

I Can't Believe She's Gone!

I hadn't seen my sweet Diggity Dog for a while. I missed her, so I asked if she was OK...

I was told that her owner accidentally backed his truck over her one day. He didn't see her behind his vehicle. Poor Diggity.
