Mommy, Mommy!

Where do postal supervisors come from?

No one is quite certain, but the "Rock Theory" seems to be the most credible.

What is the "Rock Theory", Mommy?

When the US Postal Service finds itself with open supervisory positions, the Postmaster General sends people out very late at night to pick up rocks. Anything that crawls out from under these rocks is immediately made a postal supervisor!
