What is the best music to chill out to?
Something acoustic, or instrumental, or BOTH!
We all know that this is my favorite 'chill out' album, don't we?

What artist do you think of when you see the word "calm"?
Calm music isn't exactly my forte...
Gordon Lightfoot is the first artist whose name pops into my mind, since most of his music is acoustic.

How does music help you to become calm or more relaxed?
Quite simply, by giving me something to focus on besides the things that are troubling me.
